Sleep Experts takes pride in having, very simply, the best delivery team in the country (of course, we are a bit biased). All of our delivery teams are full-time Sleep Experts associates, trained in customer service. They are dedicated to being on-time, within a two hour time window, and extending the Sleep Experts courtesy into your home. Our drivers put a red carpet over your threshold and wear sanitary booties over their shoes to treat your home with the respect it deserves.

Preparing for your Delivery
To help us serve you best, please prepare for delivery of your new bedding products by following these simple steps:

Please verify that the address and the phone numbers on your invoice are correct.
All Stops are routed with an estimated 2 hour time frame. Our delivery team will contact you by 8:30pm the evening prior to your delivery to give you an estimated time window. If your time is inconvenient, you may reschedule for another day. A specific 2 hour time window can be requested for an additional $25 up to 48 hours in advance of your delivery.
Please ensure that an adult is at home at the time of delivery to sign for receipt of the goods.
If we are taking your old mattress set away, please strip the linens from your old bed and clear a wide path to the room, and please disassemble any existing bedding and detach headboard/footboard so it is ready to be removed.
Please remove any breakable objects along the delivery path. Our delivery team will ask you to sign a release if they determine that there is a possibility that delivery could pose risk to your valuables.

If you are not at home during your scheduled time stop, it may result in a redelivery charge.

Pick-up

If you plan to pick up your merchandise at our warehouse or one of our stores, please call ahead for a reservation so they will be sure to have your merchandise waiting for you when you arrive. To make a reservation for a warehouse pick-up, please call our customer pick-up department at (469) 574-1161. Our warehouse hours are Monday through Saturday 10-7 and Sunday 10-6.

Sleep Experts cannot be held responsible for securing your merchandise to your vehicle. Customers assume all liability for the merchandise when it leaves our dock.
