Sleep Experts and Simmons Comforpedic Loft Partner for Dallas Firestation Makeover

December 5, 2011 - Mattress retailer and bedding manufacturer update Dallas County Fire & Rescue Fire Department's bunkrooms to help volunteer heroes get a cool, comfortable night's sleep.

Simmons Bedding Company and mattress retailer Sleep Experts, this week surprised Dallas Fire Department's volunteer firefighters with seven new ComforPedic Loft® memory foam mattresses. The surprise makeover was designed to help firefighters who "work hot" to "sleep cool" with the latest cooling features in the mattresses' proprietary ComforPedic Loft® NxG® Memory Foam.

"These firefighters are heroes of Dallas and have shown the utmost dedication and courage to keep our community safe, and we're honored to help," said Christine Cook, president of Sleep Experts. Representatives from Sleep Experts and Simmons made the surprise delivery on Dec. 5. The "Work Hot, Sleep Cool" Fire station Makeover is part of Simmons' 20-week, 10,000-mile roadshow tour to showcase the new ComforPedic Loft® line. The mobile showroom will reach retailers in 35 cities across the U.S.
