Free Mattress Removal and Recycling
When you receive delivery of your Sleep Experts mattress, you can help us Share the Gift of Sleep with a family in need. Let us remove your old mattress at no cost to you, and we'll recycle it for donation to a local shelter.
Preparing for your Delivery
To help our delivery team serve you best, please prepare for your delivery by following these steps:
- Please verify the address and the phone numbers on your invoice are correct.
- Please plan to be home during the agreed-upon two-hour time window.* Our delivery team will contact you by 8:30pm the evening prior to your delivery to give you an estimated time window. If that time is not convenient for you, you may reschedule for another day.** A specific three hour time window can be requested for an additional fee.
- Please clear a wide path to the room and remove any breakable objects along the delivery path. Our delivery team will ask you to sign a release if they determine there is a possibility that delivery could pose risk to your valuables.
- If we are taking your old mattress set away for donation, please strip the linens and detach the headboard and/or footboard.
- Sleep Experts Insurance allows for us to move one piece for every piece you are purchasing. If the delivery team must move additional pieces extra charges may apply.
- We must be able to pull up next to the delivery address. Our trucks are 13'x6" high and any trees, gates or overhangs that prevent us from getting within 50' of your door will require the customer to provide a means of transporting merchandise to the delivery address.
*If you are not at home during your scheduled time stop, it may result in a redelivery charge. The person receiving delivery must be an adult 18 years or older.
**If you need to make a special request for a specific two-hour time window, you will need to do so up to 48 hours in advance of your delivery, and you may be charged an additional $25.
