Three Generations of Experience

For over 50 years the Cook family has satisfied millions of customers. Grandpa Cook first began selling beds in the late 1950s. Bob Cook, Chairman of Sleep Experts, is the second generation in the business and has been involved in the bedding industry since 1964. In the 1990s, he founded Sleep Country USA in Seattle, which expanded throughout the Northwest and then into Canada under the name Sleep Country Canada. These combined entities today operate more than 150 stores.

In July 2003, the third generation of Cook's chose the Metroplex to premier the Sleep Experts brand. The Sleep Experts team has made it their mission to raise the bar on what DFW consumers expect from a mattress specialty retailer.
