From the first night you sleep on your new bed, it will begin conforming to your body's unique curvature. We recommend sleeping on your mattress for at least 21 nights to allow for this adjustment period.

If you're not fully comfortable after 21 nights, our experts will do their best to match you with a new mattress (within 120 nights of your original mattress delivery date).
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your mattress is valid for one exchange and/or one return per purchase, which must be done within 120 days of the delivery date of your original mattress. Please note that our Love Your Mattress Guarantee® is not valid on warranty exchanges, clearance merchandise, floor models, pillows, mattress protectors, adjustable bases, furniture or other accessories. See a store associate or contact one of the stores for more details.
Exchanges
- You may exchange your mattress once
- A return delivery fee of $99.99 will be applied
- Receive a credit toward the purchase price of a different mattress, the purchase price of your original mattress minus a restocking fee equal to 10% of your original mattress purchase price (restocking fee not to exceed $250).
Returns
- If you still aren’t absolutely satisfied with your new mattress, you can return it with a return delivery fee of $99.99
- Receive a refund of the purchase price of your new mattress minus a restocking fee equal to 20% of your new mattress purchase price (restocking fee must not exceed $500).
Protecting your mattress
Sleep Experts® is unable to exchange or refund stained, unsanitary or damaged mattresses under the Love Your Mattress Guarantee®. That’s why we highly recommend using a waterproof mattress protector to help keep your new mattress clean.
Voiding guarantees
In addition, we recommend keeping all original tags on your mattress. If you remove the law tag from the mattress or foundation, it will void the Love Your Mattress Guarantee®.
Safety First
Our delivery drivers will inspect your mattress and its foundation prior to return or exchange. If your mattress set is found to be unsanitary, stained, damaged or contaminated, it cannot be exchanged or returned. Sleep Experts® delivery drivers are not permitted to handle or remove contaminated mattresses or foundations. Complete warranty details can be found here.
